# Versioning

The Marty API does not currently use versioning.

We are committed to maintaining backward compatibility and avoiding any breaking changes. Any updates we introduce will be designed to work with existing integrations without requiring modifications from developers.

In rare cases where a feature is deprecated, we may remove it from the API. When this happens, we will ensure the affected endpoints continue to return a consistent and predictable response structure to avoid breaking existing implementations.

Some rarely used or legacy endpoints may be removed over time if they are no longer actively in use.

If API versioning is ever introduced in the future, it will be implemented in a way that preserves full backward compatibility with existing integrations.
